Coquitlam Gogos present fashion historian Ivan Sayers who looks at the parallels between the evolution of 20th century fashion and the social and political emancipation of women.

Funds raised by Coquitlam Gogos are donated to the Grandmothers Campaign, Stephen Lewis Foundation to be distributed to community organizations run by and for grandmothers in Africa. These funds allow the grandmothers to access psycho-social counselling, income-generating activities and HIV-prevention programmes, and to become expert leaders in advocating for their human and civil rights.
