In February 2011, our Greater Van Gogos (GVG) Communications team met to discuss how we could use a website for outreach about our work for the Grandmothers Campaign of the Stephen Lewis Foundation (see photo below). Six months later, we were up and running! In 2021 we revamped the site to better meet our needs.
After 15 active years, we’ve decided to terminate our GVG website in March so this is our final News item. As most of our Grandmothers Campaign groups now share their activities and events on Facebook and their own websites, and through their own contact lists, our GVG website is no longer serving the purpose for which it was created. We thank you for all your support in subscribing to our activities and news over the years via our website’s News page.
