Visit Greater Van Gogos members at our info table on Sat., May 3 at the Arts Club, for both performances of Casey and Diana, 2 pm and 8 pm.

Set in 1991 at the peak of the AIDS crisis, this drama reminds us of how community, joy and compassion can persist, even in the face of an overwhelming pandemic. Playing at the Stanley Industrial Alliance Stage April 24 – May 25, Casey and Diana focuses on the residents of Canada’s first free-standing AIDS hospice, their heroic caregivers and a rebel princess (Diana of Wales).

This play resonates with us because of the heroic caregivers supported in 14 African countries by the The Stephen Lewis Foundation Grandmothers to Grandmothers Campaign.

Contact the Arts Club for more info and tickets.

Location: Stanley Industrial Alliance Stage, 2750 Granville St., Vancouver, BC
