Solidarity Cycle training rides

New training times for Solidarity Cycle 2023!

Cyclists of all ages and abilities can learn to cycle safely – these training rides will be for beginners and intermediate riders. Cyclists will ride on bike paths throughout the Lower Mainland, gradually increasing their strength and stamina. You will be able to ride 50 – 100 km by the end of the summer and this training will help you get ready to ride in the Solidarity Cycle on Sept. 10. Sessions will be led by experienced instructors. Helmets must be worn. This is a Greater Van Gogos regional event hosted by Royal City Gogos.

When: New times… Sat. 8 am and continuing every Sat. morning and every Wed. evening at 6 pm (6:30 pm after Jun. 10) from now until the end of August.

Where: Leaving from Queens Park Arena, 51 3rd Ave., New Westminster, BC

Cost: Free for Solidarity Cycle participants, by donation for all others.
